  • When our neurodivergent son began at Kineo in Kindergarten he was highly anxious, struggled to socialize and avoided any non preferred activities. The staff were all very supportive of his needs and through the course of the six years that he attended we saw such a change in his ability to advocate for his needs. Teachers created a safe space for him to learn new skills by setting consistent expectations and providing a good balance between structured and choice times. Being able to choose our own OT and ABA therapists enabled us to build a team that we felt confident would be able to provide the best support for him as he developed.

  • My son attended Kineo for 6 years and thanks to the supportive environment and understanding teachers he thrived. By the time he completed 5th grade he no longer needed 1:1 support and was able to verbalise his feelings and needs appropriately. By 5th grade he was far more self aware and began using executive functioning skills that he had been developing throughout his time at Kineo. He now attends a small middle school and is successfully navigating both academic and social challenges.
